Effective August 30, 2026. These are the terms that govern The College of AI, written in plain language on purpose so you can actually read them.
Using the platform
The College of AI gives you access to courses, labs, assessments, credentials, and community features. You agree to use the platform for lawful, personal, or business learning and to keep your account credentials secure.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gained access to it.
Credentials
Credentials you earn reflect the work you completed, and each one can be checked through its public verification page. They are industry skills credentials issued by The College of AI, a professional education platform. The College of AI is not an accredited university, and its credentials are not academic degrees. Do not misrepresent a credential you did not earn.
Purchases
Ticket and program pricing is shown before you pay, and payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A live-event ticket includes lifetime access to the College curriculum as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Tickets are fully refundable until doors open on the event date and transferable to another person at any time before the event; once lifetime College access is activated at the event, the purchase is non-refundable.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will note it here.
